Hiring Process and Management
You can send us a message through career@value-va.com. We will assess your profile and inform you once you passed the qualifications to be part of VALUE.
We offer different kinds of Full-time and Part-time online home-based positions ranging from different skills, services and industries. All our VA's are under an Independent Contractor agreement when starting work with our clients.
Our application process would take around 2-3 weeks or even more depending if the client has specific instructions for screening, or has decided to move forward with our services, but keep our VA’s updated on our progress for each client.
You can definitely try to register and apply. We will assess your profile, and inform you once you passed the qualifications to be part of VALUE.
We don’t limit ourselves to any clients and have reached 6 countries as of 2021. Our VA’s can also decide on what jobs they will choose as long as our clients pursues on getting our services.
You need to have an up-to-date suitable desktop or laptop with at least Windows 10 or Mac OS X installed operating system, at least 5 Mbps wired internet connection with backup, headset with active noise cancellation microphone or software, 5-megapixel webcam, and a work-space away from any distraction.

Compensation and Pay
You will be paid monthly after you have rendered the month and it will be deposited from our Wise bank account directly into your preferred bank account.
Our rates depend on your experience and skills. We will offer you the rate based on the position that you’ll fit in.
Our virtual assistants are hired as Independent contractors, however we don't limit our VA’s to enjoy the privilege of having your benefits. We can offer to handle payment of their government benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig), provide online events, and many more under our VALUE engagement programs. *Terms and conditions may apply
Overtime and holiday work will be paid as long as all overtime and holiday work hours are requested by our clients and documented properly.
Resignation and Termination
A virtual assistant is required to render a 30 days written notice to us before the intended date of termination with a valid cause.
Re-applications will be subjected to our evaluation.
The hours of the virtual assistant worked for the client will be paid as usual and there is no termination pay.
