Hiring Process

Our virtual assistant provides an array of services to help you save more time for you to focus on more important decisions by organizing and completing tasks efficiently in services such as marketing, administrative, financial, customer services, and many more! The Philippines has the 4th largest English speakers in the world and this makes it easier to work with us. Additionally, they have lower cost of living compared to other countries which make our service rates competitive and reasonable.

We have a wide range of service categories such as marketing, administrative, financial, customer services, and information technology. If the task can be done through a computer, a virtual assistant can assist you with it. Our service doesn’t stop there as we have a new service called Bilingual services - to help you have smoother communication between Spanish-English clients and exhibit our care for our partners through our Virtual Assistants. We'll also provide ongoing support to you and your virtual assistant to keep productivity and motivation consistently great through our VALUE engagement programs.

Our virtual assistants differ in rate depending on their experience and skills set but still stay affordable and competitive compared to other virtual assistant companies around the world. We range from 6 USD up to 12 USD per hour and also have an initial setup fee of 300 USD per virtual assistant to get your VA's ready for work with you!

Yes, we start by our initial consultant though a quick phone call or zoom meeting. Once we are done with the consultation, we will shortlist and endorse VA resumes. You get a chance to review their experience and portfolio. Afterwards, we also conduct interviews with the candidates to help you better decide on proceeding with our services.

Our virtual assistants undergo a 90 days probationary period that is covered by the 300 USD initial setup fee, on which the virtual assistant can be replaced if they do not meet your expectations for the position. Our team will then start shortlisting other candidates for replacement completely FREE!

Most of our VA’s are available to start immediately and will take 3-5 business days to prepare agreements and onboard the virtual assistants. Once you have decided to hire our virtual assistant, we can proceed with the agreements and onboarding.

Management & Working with the Virtual Assistant

A dedicated virtual assistant means that you will only have one person that will report to you per position that you are looking for. In this way, we get to build a good long term relationship and have consistent outcomes from our virtual assistant.

You can use your preferred platform for communicating with your virtual assistants. We would start by connecting through email and zoom meetings and switch to instant communication tools once settled and onboarded.

Our virtual assistants follow your preferred time zone and holidays. They report on a specific schedule we have settled on and you can align this within your business hours or have them work past your business hours and 24 hours operation for your company. If you need assistance on the weekends or on holidays, we can make arrangements for you by letting us know in advance.

To help our clients and Virtual Assistants to work accordingly in provided time, we will be providing a monitoring platform so you can check the activities of your Virtual Assistant.

All of our virtual assistants undergo a strict assessment process from initial screenings and required documents submission. We can also do background checks to ensure they are qualified and safe to trust working in your business. Furthermore, our VAs sign an agreement with us that includes a non disclosure agreement. You can also provide your own NDA provided that we will be the one handling documentation for it.

Billing and Invoicing

For payment settlement, we accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, using our Wise bank account details. The payment currency will only be billed by USD - US dollars.

Overtime and holiday pay rate will be applied when you request it to your virtual assistant and agreed by both parties before the intended schedule. Overtime rate is 25% higher and Holiday rate is double the regular rate of the VA.

We will bill you in advance for the monthly service of the VA and invoices will be sent 15 days prior to the intended month of VA work.

We don’t have any other hidden charges, you will only pay the hourly rate of the VA multiplied by the worked hours of VA.
